DC Circ. Blocks Fed's Pay Rule Change

Law360 (April 1, 2011, 6:54 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit handed down an administrative stay Thursday that prevented the Federal Reserve from barring brokerages from paying officers on commission, just one day before the regulation was slated to take effect.
