Allianz Wants Wausau Sanctioned For 'Frivolous' Suit

Law360, New York (April 4, 2011, 6:51 PM EDT) -- A unit of Allianz SE said Monday that Employers Insurance Co. of Wausau should be sanctioned for trying to disqualify its counsel, McDermott Will & Emery LLP, from a pending reinsurance arbitration arising out of a priest sexual abuse settlement.
