SEC OKs Rule Change For FINRA Arbitration Docs

Law360, New York (April 4, 2011, 7:42 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission greenlighted a rule change Friday that will amend the list of documents that securities firms and investors must pass across the table in arbitration battles before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
