Pixcir Can't Shake Elan Touch Screen Patent Suit

Law360, New York (April 5, 2011, 2:08 PM EDT) -- A Nevada federal judge on Monday rejected Pixcir Microelectronics Co. Ltd.'s bid to toss an Elan Microelectronics Corp. patent infringement suit over touch-screen technology, allowing the plaintiff to conduct more discovery to prove that the court has jurisdiction over the suit.
