EU Backs ABN Amro Aid With Restrictions

Law360 (April 5, 2011, 2:31 PM EDT) -- The European Union's antitrust watchdog signed off Tuesday on billions of euros in Dutch aid to help restructure the ABN Amro Group, as long as the company doesn't make any acquisitions or use the money to otherwise push competitors out of business.
