Howrey Hit With WARN Act Class Action

Law360, New York (April 5, 2011, 5:09 PM EDT) -- A former Howrey LLP records specialist launched a putative class action Monday in New York accusing the defunct law firm of violating the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act when it terminated its staff and shut its doors at the end of March.
