Cravath Reps Genpact In $550M Headstrong Buy

Law360, New York (April 6, 2011, 12:34 PM EDT) -- Indian outsourcing technology manager Genpact Ltd. said Wednesday it would buy information technology company Headstrong Corp. for $550 million in a cash deal that boosts its presence in capital markets and health care and in the U.S.

Virginia-based Headstrong, which counts nine major investment banks and three asset managers as clients, is a complementary business and will add to the buyer's earnings this year, Genpact CEO Pramod Bhasin said.
