Insider Trading Scandal Puts Client Heat On M&A Firms

Law360, New York (April 6, 2011, 7:39 PM EDT) -- As a corporate attorney faces charges that he traded on information he stole while working for a trio of top mergers and acquisitions firms, his ex-employers may be forced to provide answers to clients to distance themselves from the taint of the scandal, experts say.
