Sun Microsystems Faces Antitrust Claim Over Resales

Law360 (April 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Fearing that computer manufacturers will monopolize the secondary sales market in Europe if Sun Microsystems continues to hide sales information, an association of independent computer resellers has asked the U.K. competition authority to force the computer giant to open its books.
