Panel Sends NOPEC Antitrust Bill To Full Senate

Law360, New York (April 7, 2011, 2:02 PM EDT) -- The Senate Judiciary Committee voted Thursday to send to the floor a bill that would allow the U.S. Department of Justice to bring antitrust suits against countries that collude to set oil prices or limit production.
