S. African Court Nixes Watchdog's SAB Brewery Case

Law360 (April 7, 2011, 6:05 PM EDT) -- South Africa's antitrust court nixed an enforcement case against South African Breweries Ltd. on Thursday, ruling that it lacked jurisdiction to hear a case that exceeded the concerns raised by an alcohol retailer over the brewer's distribution practices.
