Obama, States Seek To Speed Renewables To Market

Law360, New York (May 4, 2011, 7:04 PM EDT) -- The Obama administration and several states are setting aside lands and promulgating rules in an attempt to promote renewable energy now that the U.S. Congress is unlikely to take far-reaching action, experts say.
