Ex-Point Blank CEO Fights Deregistration Plan

Law360 (April 8, 2011, 3:34 PM EDT) -- The convicted ex-CEO of Point Blank Solutions Inc.'s predecessor company on Friday appealed a Delaware bankruptcy judge's order approving Point Blank's settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and authorizing the body armor manufacturer to deregister.
