US, Nepal Ink Trade Framework Deal

Law360, New York (April 15, 2011, 7:39 PM EDT) -- The U.S. and Nepal signed a trade and investment framework agreement Friday that they said would provide a forum for bilateral talks to enhance trade and investment, discuss specific trade issues and promote a more comprehensive trade agreement between the countries.

U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk and Nepalese Finance Minister Bharat Mohan Adhikari announced the deal in Washington.
