Dura Resolves Patent Claims In Trade Secrets Suit

Law360 (April 11, 2011, 8:40 PM EDT) -- A Michigan federal judge on Monday dismissed Dura Global Technologies Inc.’s claims alleging Magna Donnelly Corp. infringed two patents for power-sliding windows and window construction from its trade secrets suit, citing a stipulation that the parties had entered.
