Group Sues To Block $4.7B Alabama Beltline

Law360 (April 11, 2011, 7:07 PM EDT) -- A conservation group filed suit Monday in Alabama to keep the state from moving forward with a $4.7 billion highway bypass, accusing transportation authorities of failing to conduct proper environmental analyses on the massive construction project.
