OUII Asks ITC To Review Finding In Apple IP Case

Law360, New York (April 11, 2011, 7:24 PM EDT) -- The Office of Unfair Import Investigations on Wednesday urged the U.S. International Trade Commission to review its domestic industry ruling in Apple Inc.'s Section 337 case against Nokia Corp. and HTC Corp. over mobile communications device technology.
