Capmark Creditors Get Chance At $96M Goldman Claim

Law360, New York (April 11, 2011, 8:17 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge said Monday he will weigh allowing Capmark Financial Group Inc.’s unsecured creditors to pursue $96 million in preference claims against Goldman Sachs Group Inc. affiliates after a previous ruling led to confusion on the matter.
