Manpower Expert Testimony Denied In Coverage Case

Law360, New York (April 11, 2011, 8:16 PM EDT) -- A Wisconsin federal judge on Monday denied Manpower Inc.'s motion to reconsider the exclusion of the company's expert testimony on its business interruption losses in a suit over insurance coverage for damage to the headquarters of Manpower's Paris-based subsidiary.
