Bush Opposes Adding Biologic Generics To FDA Bill

Law360, New York (May 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The White House on Tuesday expressed firm opposition to any attempt to add a law that would pave the way for generic or follow-on drugs to be approved to a bill allowing the Food and Drug Administration to collect fees, which is currently being debated in the U.S. Senate.
