House Lawmakers Push For Changes To Patent Bill

Law360 (April 12, 2011, 2:19 PM EDT) -- House representatives pushed Monday for changes to pending patent reform legislation, claiming certain provisions would unnecessarily encourage stays of patent infringement lawsuits or U.S. International Trade Commission proceedings, and arguing that the threshold to initiate patent reviews should be raised.
