Democrat AGs Defend Health Care Law In 11th Circ.

Law360 (April 12, 2011, 3:45 PM EDT) -- Democratic attorneys general from California, Iowa and New York, among others, defended the health care reform law on Monday in the Eleventh Circuit, arguing that measures to curb skyrocketing costs and reform delivery systems while embracing “cooperative federalism” were needed to protect citizens' health.
