Monks' Funeral Casket Cartel Suit Not Dead Yet

Law360, New York (April 12, 2011, 6:12 PM EDT) -- The state of Louisiana must face cartel allegations from a group of monks who claim funeral director licensing laws unfairly block them from selling handmade wooden caskets to support their abbey, a federal judge ruled Friday.
