Trade Rep Denied Quick Win On FTAA Doc Disclosure

Law360, New York (April 12, 2011, 7:55 PM EDT) -- A District of Columbia federal judge on Tuesday denied the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative summary judgment in its attempt to withhold a document the Center for International Environmental Law is seeking in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.
