Ranches Lose Bid To Graze BLM Land

Law360, New York (April 15, 2011, 2:52 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Idaho on Wednesday ordered J.R. Simplot Co. and other large ranching corporations to remove cattle from sage grouse habitat in southern Idaho, affirming the revival of an injunction on grazing in public land overseen by the Bureau of Land Management.
