Entergy Sees Tuesday Exit From Chapter 11

Law360, New York (May 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The judge overseeing Entergy New Orleans Inc.’s Chapter 11 case said at a confirmation hearing Thursday that he would sign off on Entergy’s Chapter 11 plan, paving the way for the utility to emerge from bankruptcy on Tuesday, an Entergy spokesman said.
