China Continues Anti-Dumping Probe Into Caprolactam

Law360, New York (April 15, 2011, 7:07 PM EDT) -- China said Friday it will extend its anti-dumping probe into imports of caprolactam from the European Union and the U.S. for six months, due to the complexity of the issues involved.

China’s Ministry of Commerce said in a statement on its website it needed an additional six months to consider the matter, “in view of the special and complex circumstances of the case.” The new deadline for the investigation has been set for Oct. 22, 2011.
