M-I, Schlumberger Sued Over Failed Drilling Effort

Law360, New York (April 15, 2011, 4:12 PM EDT) -- The owner of a Colorado oil and gas well has accused contractors M-I Inc. and Schlumberger Technology Corp. of negligent work that cost it $11.3 million and shut down the well, according to a complaint removed to federal court Thursday.
