JPMorgan Beats Contract Suit By Ex-Derivatives Exec

Law360, New York (April 15, 2011, 10:28 PM EDT) -- An Australian court said Wednesday that JPMorgan Chase & Co. did not breach a contract by firing the head of its Australian derivatives marketing desk in 2008 after he refused to transfer from the public side of the trading desk to the compliance area.
