High Court Won't Weigh In On Dyncorp Worker Contract

Law360, New York (April 18, 2011, 3:46 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to review a Delaware high court ruling that a liability clause in three civilian police officers’ employment contracts released Dyncorp International Inc. from claims stemming from injuries they suffered in Afghanistan.

The Supreme Court denied a petition for certiorari filed by the wives of the three officers in an effort to overturn the Delaware court’s finding that the contracts unambiguously released their claims against Dyncorp.
