Fed. Circ. Mostly Affirms HP, Canon Dial-Up IP Win

Law360 (April 18, 2011, 4:30 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday affirmed the dismissal of most of patent-holding company Rembrandt Data Technologies LP's infringement claims over Internet dial-up technology against Hewlett-Packard Co. and Canon USA Inc., but remanded a few claims for reconsideration.
