Judge Sets Up Roadblock In Imperial 'Megaloads' Suit

Law360, New York (April 18, 2011, 10:59 PM EDT) -- A Montana state judge on Monday temporarily banned Imperial Oil Ltd. and the Montana Department of Transportation from moving forward with road construction needed to haul megaloads on state highways as part of an environmental suit challenging the project.
