Vision Capital Ducks Subpoena In Isilon CFO's Fraud Trial

Law360, New York (April 19, 2011, 2:09 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Seattle ruled Monday that Vision Capital Advisors LLC employees don't have to testify in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission suit against ex-Isilon Systems Inc. Chief Financial Officer Stuart W. Fuhlendorf, who is accused of reporting $4.8 million in fake earnings.
