Asarco Brings CERCLA Suit Against Rockefeller Estate

Law360, New York (April 19, 2011, 3:30 PM EDT) -- Asarco LLC hit the estate of John D. Rockefeller Sr. and other entities with a lawsuit in Washington state Monday seeking environmental response costs at a polluted smelter site over which the plaintiff recently paid a $38 million settlement.
