AstraZeneca Warns Against "Procedural Chaos"

Law360, New York (May 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- AstraZeneca has filed a motion with the court overseeing the multidistrict products liability litigation over Seroquel in Florida, asking for permission to begin case-specific discovery, and warning “procedural chaos” will ensue if the requested relief is denied.

AstraZeneca filed its motion and accompanying memorandum of law Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
