Kohl's, Others Targeted In Latest ArrivalStar IP Blitz

Law360 (April 19, 2011, 7:56 PM EDT) -- Kohl's Department Stores Inc., Intermec Technologies Corp. and GlobeRanger Corp. were sued Tuesday in Florida for patent infringement by vehicle tracking system inventor Melvino Technologies Ltd. and ArrivalStar SA, marking the latest in a string of suits by the pair.

British Virgin Islands-based Melvino Technologies Ltd. and its licensee, Luxembourg-based ArrivalStar, claim that Kohl's, Intermec and GlobeRanger have infringed nine patents with their tracking and messaging technologies.
