Fund Seeks Docs Backing WMI Investor's Trading Claims

Law360, New York (April 20, 2011, 12:27 PM EDT) -- Hedge fund Appaloosa Management LP asked a Delaware bankruptcy judge Tuesday to force a shareholder seeking to block a $10 billion settlement key to Washington Mutual Inc.'s unfinished Chapter 11 reorganization to produce documents to back his insider trading claims.
