Senate Takes Another Aim At Gas Price-Gouging

Law360, New York (May 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- With gas prices rising steadily, U.S. senators have re-introduced a bill to ban price-gouging at the gas pump and give regulators the power to investigate and fine energy companies.

The Senate bill follows on the heels of a similar law introduced in the House of Representatives in late February.
