4th Circ. Affirms $13.5M PBM Verdict In Enfamil Case

Law360, New York (April 20, 2011, 8:27 PM EDT) -- The Fourth Circuit on Wednesday upheld a $13.5 million jury verdict PBM Products LLC won against Mead Johnson Nutrition Co. after accusing the infant-nutrition giant of falsely claiming that its Enfamil Lipil baby formula was superior to store-brand versions.
