DOJ Grounds Ex-Florida West Exec's Price-Fixing Case

Law360, New York (April 21, 2011, 4:30 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors asked a judge in Florida on Thursday to dismiss their price-fixing case against an ex-Florida West International Airways Inc. executive, a move defense lawyers said could spell trouble for a separate criminal case against the executive and the airline.
