DC Circ. Won't Rehear Fight Over EPA Fuel Regs

Law360, New York (April 22, 2011, 5:31 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday declined to hold an en banc rehearing of its decision to shut down an energy trade group's challenge of new renewable fuel standards from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

The National Petrochemical & Refiners Association asked the appeals court to rehear the case en banc after a three-judge panel ruled against it in December.
