Greenberg Client Hits Firm With 2nd Tax Shelter Suit

Law360, New York (April 22, 2011, 6:00 PM EDT) -- A former Greenberg Traurig LLP client on Friday filed a second suit accusing the firm of committing securities fraud by tricking him into an illegal tax shelter, while asking a Louisiana federal court to transfer the case to the judge who last month tossed his first.
