In-House Counsel Plan To Increase Use Of Alt Fees

Law360, New York (April 25, 2011, 6:24 PM EDT) -- Corporate counsel in recent years have increasingly turned to alternative fee arrangements with law firms over traditional hourly billing, and the trend shows little sign of slowing, according to a new survey of law firms and in-house attorneys.
