Arbitrator Named To Oversee Asbestos Coverage Row

Law360, New York (April 25, 2011, 8:04 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday designated an arbitrator to oversee a $50 million asbestos coverage dispute between I.U. North America Inc. and two units of The Hartford Financial Services Group Inc.

U.S. District Judge Eduardo C. Robreno designated Peter Woodin, a professional at the private alternative dispute resolution provider JAMS, six days after tossing the case and ordering arbitration and five days after receiving a joint letter from the parties.
