Xerxes Escapes Liability For 'Outrageous' Racism

Law360, New York (April 26, 2011, 10:18 PM EDT) -- Xerxes Corp. is not liable for years of racist incidents, including threats, that took place at its Maryland fiberglass tank factory, because the company had a vigorous anti-harassment policy, the Fourth Circuit ruled Tuesday.
