HP Investor Appeals Denial Of Report On Hurd's Exit

Law360 (April 27, 2011, 6:09 PM EDT) -- A Hewlett Packard Co. shareholder on Tuesday appealed to the Delaware Supreme Court a ruling denying him access to a confidential report detailing Covington & Burling LLP’s investigation into sexual harassment allegations that prompted former HP CEO Mark Hurd’s departure.
