FOIA Request Filed As Avastin Safety Hearing Nears

Law360, New York (April 27, 2011, 7:29 PM EDT) -- A Baker Hostetler partner was among those filing a Freedom of Information Act request Wednesday in an attempt to stop the U.S. Food and Drug Administration from pulling its approval of Genentech Inc.'s Avastin drug for use in breast cancer patients.
