Firms Fear Potential Pitfalls Of Alternative Fees

Law360, New York (April 28, 2011, 4:31 PM EDT) -- Most corporate clients now expect firms to offer alternative fees, and while many do, some remain resistant to bailing on the billable hour in favor of potentially riskier cost arrangements, according to a new survey of firm leaders and in-house attorneys.
