IP, Labor Attys More Likely To Offer Alternative Fees

Law360, New York (April 29, 2011, 7:47 PM EDT) -- While flat fees remain the most popular alternative fee offered to corporate clients, the unique demands of certain practice areas have law firms turning to other types of fees as well, according to a new survey of firm leaders and in-house attorneys.
