Mo. Money Men Cop To Stealing Millions From Clients

Law360, New York (April 29, 2011, 3:10 PM EDT) -- Former Woodbury Financial Services Inc. stockbroker Joshua Gould and former Coral Mortgage Bankers Corp. office owner David Rubin admitted Friday in Missouri federal court to stealing from investors and spending millions on their salaries, jewelry and exotic dancers.

Gould, 32, and Rubin, 47, both of Missouri, admitted they embezzled $1.5 million from a retired individual solicited by Rubin to provide funds for operating capital for Coral’s St. Louis operations after promising their victim the money would be held in trust and used only as collateral....
